I’m in a Cave Canem poetry workshop (“Let Us Play: Creating Wit and New Forms on the Page” with Bakar Wilson (Fall 2023)) and the open reading for it is November 13th. You can watch online. It’s been a wonderful experience that’s been responsible for a lot of healing recently. It’s also great and unique to be surrounded by black poets.
